Sea swimming is like any other extreme sport, it has an element of risk. Whilst correct risk assessment and safety measures are included as part of all of our swims, it is important that sea swimmers take responsibility for their own kit, levels of fitness, behaviour and safety.

Swim Pembrokeshire are not responsible for such things as the weather, participant equipment, the state of the beaches or coast path, swimming ability of participants, sea conditions and so on. 

We will ask you about your swimming experience and fitness levels before we meet for any swim. We may ask to do a short swim assessment before embarking on the more challenging swims. If we think you will struggle, we will not go and no refund will be given.  Please be realistic, think safety, give an honest assessment of your ability.
