By using this website and by booking coaching sessions or an accompanied swim with Swim Pembrokeshire, you affirm that you are aware that sea swimming has inherent risks, which may result in injury or death.

By continuing to use this website, or make enquiries to, or book coaching or sea swimming sessions with Swim Pembrokeshire, you agree to exempt and release Swim Pembrokeshire, its affiliates, shareholders, employees, instructors, affiliated personnel, Swim Pembrokeshire’s facility/s, swim centres through which you receive any instruction and to waive any and all liability arising as a result of any acts or omissions on their part, including, but not limited to active or passive negligence or negligence of any type, subject to the local laws and regulations.

Upon agreeing to participate in any coaching or sea swimming activities with Swim Pembrokeshire you also agree to a swimming observation to assess your swimming ability and you agree to sign the following documents prior to entering the water:
