We're happy to annouce that we have access to a locally owned and run hydropool or 'endless pool', which is perfect for those wishing to get 1-1 or small group tuition on their stroke.

The pool works by jetting out a powerful stream at one end allowing you to swim at slow/medium or fast speed and remain completely stationary.

There is also a grab rail and mirror underwater at one end so you can see your stroke under the water.

Whether you are a seasoned swimmer or triathlete, or someone who needs to strip back their stroke to basics, this facility will aloow us to anayse your stroke and use video cameras on top of and under the water, combined with sports software  that allows us to playback in slow motion and annotate the video in real time.
